EvoPath Tournament: History and Rules

Brief history of Kork-65

Just recently, we at DeFi Lab have intercepted a strange encrypted message, that sounded slightly familiar, as though somebody tried to express themselves with only hissssing. After a proper research, we’ve found where this message originated from. Kork-65, a middle-sized exoplanet orbiting in the habitable zone of two suns, located on the outskirts of the Andromeda galaxy. Such extraordinary position has brought seasonal shifts in gravitational fields and climate on Kork and made the planet unfit for most of the carbon-based life forms, except reptiles. These ruthless creatures managed to not only survive in Kork’s extreme biosphere, but to establish their apex predator position.

Favoured by the cosmos itself, reptiles continued to explore Kork and evolve further, surpassing other species and emerging into a new cold-blooded civilization. Guided by greed and the need for violence, they’ve established a tournament named “Evolutionary Path”, in order to determine the strength of each contestant and his respective place among the rulers or the slaves.

Tournament Details

During the EvoPath Tournament, you’ll be able to collect and evolve your NFT characters, modifying their appearance, properties and rarity. Your character will become your advisor in DeFi and will help you succeed in some of the hardest DeFi battles.

The contest will continue for 5 weeks. Every week, you’ll be able to win one of the exclusive croco-NFTs 🐊 You have 5 weeks to collect all 5 Croco NFTs and win the grand prize — $2000 and an exclusive collectible from LocalTrade.

How to start and get a free NFT 🐊

Only eligible participants can access the tournament and go through the Evolutionary Path. To become eligible and win NFTs, you must complete a number of tasks. These tasks are detailed on our website via the link: https://nft.localtrade.cc/#start

After you’ve completed these starting tasks during week 1, you automatically become eligible for a free Brainiac-Analyst NFT. In order to receive your free NFT, fill out the google form with necessary information.

Tracking your progress

In the end of every week, 24 hours before the weekly sprint ends, we’ll share a link to the Google Form. Any user who wants to win an NFT must fill out the Google Form. This link will also be posted in our TG Community chat.

Earning Points

In order to enter the drawing for a specific NFT, you’ll need to acquire certain amount of points during one week. With the beginning of the new weekly sprint, all points earned during the previous week are set to 0.

Points can be earned by completing actions, a full list of which can be found down below and on our website: https://nft.localtrade.cc/#evopath

• Make a repost of any tweet from LocalTrade — 100 points
  (Maximum — 300 points per week)
• Create a post on Twitter about the already launched LocalTrade product with a hashtag #LocalTrade and mention @LocaltradeC — 300 points (Maximum — 900 points per week)
• Mention a crypto influencer with an audience starting from 5000 subscribers under THIS POST on Twitter and write:
  ‘I want to get into the EvoPath #NFT from #LocalTrade + {{KOL Mention}}’ — Each influencer equals 100 points. (Maximum — 500 points per week)
• Get extra 200 points for each 1000 $LTT purchased from the DeFi Lab website. (Minimum amount — 1000 LTT. Purchase must be executed during the ongoing week of the EvoPath.)
• Complete all available tests in [LT] UNIVERSITY BOT — the number of points is equal to the number of points earned in the test. — 800 points (Each test can be completed only once)
• Make a post on Twitter with a link to [LT] UNIVERSITY BOT and a screenshot of your test results. — 300 points

Minting the Non Fungible Crocos

In the end of the week, all eligible participants will be able to take part in the randomized NFT drawing. After you’ve filled out the google form, all your earned points are summed up, and the drawing of NFTs takes place. Each week, you can win only 1 NFT. After the drawing, NFTs will be minted and sent to every winner.

In order to enter the drawing for a specific NFT, you’ll need to acquire certain amount of points during one week.

2. Supreme Protector — 600 points
3. Cyber-Assassin — 1100 points
4. Lord-Commander — 1600 points
5. Guardian Angel — 2400 points

Please note: each week, only 5 Guardian Angles will be minted. If you’ve accumulated 2400 points and lost in the drawing of Guardian Angel, you will still have a chance to win a lower-tier NFT.
